Venessa has worked with an impressive list of global brands including the South African Rugby Union, South African Cricket Union, Vodacom (Vodafone) Sport Sponsorship Division, Aon Insurance, and Roche Pharmaceuticals.
She’s still wrapping her head around our quirky sayings, like “sweet as”! But we know she’ll be sounding Kiwi as in no time.

Danielle brings new ideas, small details, out of the box thinking and OCD cleaning skills. Although Danielle is ‘fresh blood’ she has experience in advertising, digital and print, branding, web design and event management.
When she isn’t creating, or rearranging her house, she can be found in the gym letting off some steam and gaining inspiration.

PGDip Superhero Justice
Batman has no limits. That’s important to know straight off the bat.
As the first, and hopefully not the last man to join HGB, Daniel will bring a good range of experience to the team. From his first job with a printer in Te Awamutu, through agencies and freelance projects, his passion for design has only increased . Though he loves typography, he isn’t shy to give you pages of ideas for any project you may tell him about!
A cornerstone of his drive is a little piece of advice a former studio manager gave him, “never stop learning – that simple.” He is also looking forward to sharing with the HGB family his sense of humour, superhero obsession and pretty good knowledge of sport.
As an adopted son of the Waikato, he loves everything that Hamilton offers. With his wife Neva and their 3 kids, weekend sport, rock ‘n roll dancing, anything to do with Batman, there is always something going on in his world that will continue to inspire him and carry through to bring that to his HGB clients.
Strategic Marketing Consultant
BCS Public Relations and Communications
When Michele was young she wanted to be a dolphin trainer. Due to a lack of available dolphins in Hamilton, Michele entered marketing and communications instead. Which suits her just fine, because she’s mad about words and stories and their ability to power brands and organisations.
Michele loves connecting clients with meaningful marketing and communication solutions. She’s a stickler for strategy and making sure all the little pieces connect to help clients meet their goals.
Michele has worked in the non-profit sector for most of her career, in London, Perth and Hamilton.
Her favourite words are ‘why?’ and ‘where’s the coffee?’
Currently on maternity leave.
